Bookings and Policies

When you call to book your appointment we will ask for your phone number and email address to create your customer profile. Please provide a phone number that can receive text messages.

Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive a text message or email.

Please be sure to check the appointment details and give us a call if you have any questions. We also recommend you save the day and time in your personal calendar.

Our system will send you a reminder 48 hours before your appointment.

We trust you will set a reminder for yourself as well.

15 minutes

Uh oh! If you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment. We will also require a non-refundable deposit in order to schedule your next service.

Cancellations

We require more than 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we do not receive notice to cancel or reschedule before 24 hours we will require a deposit in order to book your next service.

No shows

No shows are a no yo! If you don’t show up for your appointment you will be required to pre-pay when booking your next appointment.
